Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so incredibly grateful to the team at Vertical Automotive. My Prius is my primary source of income for Uber and has deep sentimental value as it was my father’s car. After another mechanic told me I should just junk it, I came here hoping for a miracle while I was already dealing with the stress of a back injury. From the start, Reece treated me with genuine compassion and honesty. As a woman, it’s refreshing to find a shop where you feel respected and confident that you’re getting the straight truth. Reece took the time to walk me through the work needed and even helped me explore financing options when I wasn't sure how I would manage the cost. The most amazing part was their integrity. We initially expected a very large, expensive engine repair, but they called me the next day with phenomenal news. It turned out to be a much smaller job, and they reduced my bill by over 40% from the original estimate. They easily could have charged me the higher price and I wouldn’t have known the difference, but their character and morals are clearly the priority.
