I went to Ray (the owner) in a pinch with my VW. He not only did great work on my VW, he had me done a repaired in 2 days. I also brought him my mom’s BMW and he had her fixed and back on the road quickly. He is solid, his business and communication is great. He does great work. I have to say I highly recommend. Thank you Ray for being great, I will continue bringing my cars to you.
View on GoogleMy husband Arthur swears by these guys. The proof is in the pudding. Ray, his dad and their team do exceptional work, fixed everything perfectly. Besides the BMW dealership, they are probably the most knowledgeable guys. Note that the car needed extensive work and they really delivered. If I was able to give 1000 stars I would! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleI service all my cars here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are BMW/German car specialists with training and experience from Germany but can work on many different vehicles. At any given moment there are always 5-6 BMW's being repaired. Most important is they are very trustworthy, they are willing to work with their customers, and they will always recommend best solutions to make the vehicle safe for use. I always recommend this shop to everyone, even if there might be a closer or more convenient shop close by. THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL!

They have profound knowledge in what they do, and are not scared to share it so you can understand what is happening with your car. They have been servicing my e60 for years and i can confidently say they are the reason it got back on the road. He also works on my e46. Apart from the great work, Ray is honest. which is a hard thing to find nowadays.He always shows me the issue and answers any questions i have regarding the car. If anyone asks me i refer him. Their team has not only fixed many things on my e60, they also fixed my friends, gf and brothers car as well. Over the years i’ve been able to see the different type of work they do. Such as mechanical, body, random bmw stuff, suspension and more. In every aspect they do an excellent job. If you need something done right this is the place to go to, specifically if you have a euro car.
View on Googlenot sure if they are amazing mechanics, but Ray is a terrible human being. Coming home from teaching at the school down the block my tire was almost flat and needed some air. He gave me air for the one Tire, but refused to fill up the other three tires that were in dire need of air. He told me he didn’t have any time. When I walked in, he was sitting Doing absolutely nothing. Because I wasn’t spending money in his shop, He decided I wasn’t worth His time. He lost a customer before he had the chance to get one. So convenient for repairs, since I work down the block… But he will never see a dime of mine
