My experience was mostly good, though I had to explain my issue twice because the first mechanic was busy. After that, the second staff member handled everything smoothly. Tire patch was done properly and they even tested it with water to confirm no leakage. Work quality was solid in the end.
View on GoogleWent here because a random bumpy ride and decided to stop on my way home. While waiting in my white Tesla, the manager/owner stated someone will be with me after helping other customers. I explained my issue and a rude, snotty nose, chain smoking, judgement Caucasian man told me I shouldn’t be driving on it. I stated that’s why I’m here!!! He looked at me disgusted and started to raise his voice and said this tire is about to blow. As my voice got softer, I said that’s why I’m here because it randomly felt different as I was driving. I also didn’t see anything in the tread. Assuming it was probably in the inner walls but I didn’t see anything earlier that day. He said loudly that I needed a tire, while judging me with his eyes. The owner/manager stated he can’t give me a price because he doesn’t have that in stock and I don’t know how far you live but drive slow home and be careful. I said thank you and drove off. I went across the street to make a few calls to see where I could get a replacement tire immediately. Thank you to Mason, National, Jays Mobile, and 7-11 tire shops for helping me where this company failed to do so. Going forward the other companies referred me to other businesses that could service my needs, when Stirling Tires couldn’t. Sincerely, Dr. Peck
