They are very good and friendly. I had a funny issue with my car. A possum was trapped under the engine block of my car, and they helped me remove it and set it free. It took time to do this operation, but they did it free of charge. I really appreciated it. Very kind guys.
View on GoogleWe noticed a flat tire on the rental car we had on a Saturday around 5 PM. After inflating it at a gas station, we noticed a little further on that it was deflating again. We inflated it again, but it was deflating. This took us by surprise, and while searching, we came across this garage that closed at 6 PM. We were caught off guard and the person on the phone told me they would wait for us because we couldn't drive fast. We received exceptional service after hours. They took the time to assess the problem, and we quickly saw that they knew their stuff. They showed us that 2 tires were completely worn out and, frankly, they told us that the car was not safe to drive. Francisco and his team were a great help. They wrote us a report, and since we were a bit in shock from this situation, and we had no assistance from the host of the car rented thru Turo, Francisco took the time to contact an Uber to take us back to our apartment. Upon our arrival, we noticed that Francisco had already paid for the ride. WoW!! They gave us exceptional service and they are people with a big heart. I recommend them without hesitation because nowadays, such people are becoming increasingly rare. My only disappointment is that I can't do business with them because I live in Canada.
