I use to love my service guy Josh but he was promoted to Manager. Went in at 7:30 this morning. Showed Jon Pompano BMW has alignment for $99 compared to theirs $269. Oil change $80 compared to Ft Laud $149. Instead of matching price they choose to lose a long-term client for $228 dollars. I have all 3 BMWs serviced here. I guess LOYALTY and INTEGRITY are non existent. This is Not good business sense. I have owned 7 BMWs all serviced here.

Straightforward, efficient, and genuinely looking out for you. No unnecessary upsells, no runaround, no games. Every time I bring my car in, he makes the process seamless and gets me out the door fast. It’s rare to find someone in this industry you can actually trust, and Alby is that guy. I recommend him without hesitation.

After more than three months, six visits, and even escalating to BMW North America without a resolution at another Miami dealer, I stopped by BMW Fort Lauderdale without an appointment. Jonathan Carvalho was outstanding. He clearly explained the issue with my X5’s A/C and got me taken care of right away, even though I was a brand-new customer! They’re a family-owned business that truly cares about people, and the experience was better than anything I found elsewhere. I strongly recommend BMW Fort Lauderdale. Much appreciated.
