A misunderstanding that could have been easily avoided, hence 3 stars. Positives were he came on time, and price was fair for job requested. I did try communicating before posting this. Obviously not the outcome I was hoping for.
View on GoogleThey charged me and didn't fix the problem. My truck had a computer issue. They cut a wire to my 4x4. The truck drove for 2 days and shut off the same problem. I took it to A1 auto electric. They fixed my computer and found the wire these guys cut. Unbelievable. I would trust these guys
View on GoogleI hired this guy to install parts we agreed on a price. He took a deposit then left 10mins later the deposit was $250 btw left my heat shield hanging. I had to drive to work the next morning15mi with it scraping the whole way. Kept leaving my car unattended for various reasons lunch tools parts etc. So he finishes the job i pay him im on my way. The car starts running like junk. So i start looking at the work that I paid him to do and its missing the parts i supplied. So He stole parts I provided then lied about installing them. Didn't tell me anything. I confronted him this was days later. He had the nerve to start insulting me then said he threw away the parts I provided and continued to insult me. I wouldn't let this guy pump my gas anymore never mind work my car. OH and he burned me for a part that i paid for specifically an oem part he ripped me off on that. I am suing him for theft of parts lost wages and having to pay an actual shop to do the work he scammed me on. You go to a shop you get full service you go to a mobile mechanic you end up seeing them in court. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY
View on GoogleIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t believe any of these fake 5 star reviews that were obviously given by relatives and friends. The service I received was absolutely horrendous. They never showed up at the time the appointment was scheduled. At some points they rescheduled for several days and made empty promises to come fix my car. It took them 2 weeks to finish 1 repair on my car that they completely botched and left the car in an even worse state. It was excuse after excuse as to why they could not make it on time and most of the time I was the one reaching out. I never got a single update and waited hours for them to show. Completely unreliable. It’s two young boys that are playing wannabe mechanic. That should have been the first red flag. Now, they are rejecting coming to fix the issues they caused as they have “more important” jobs to do. I am out a lot of money, time, and my car is left worse off.
