We had a great afternoon picking up my new G wagon at the Ft Lauderdale dealership. We had it custom made and everything was on point at pick up. Gary is the best sales person there as he continued to keep us updated as our truck was on its way over. This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so professional and so friendly it was like a party there and I was the recipient. Lol
View on GoogleMy service advisor Francisco was terrific. I've owned many cars during my 76 years on this planet and have encountered the best and the worst in car dealerships. Francisco had no choice but to follow the software systems proposal for my first service on my car with barely 3,000 miles on the clock - we are snowbirds with part time residence in Florida. New windshield wipers at 3,000 miles? Really? Alignment at 3,000 miles? Really. Tima was wonderful. After the car wash the car was wet but many marks left behind and a dirty fender. He immediately oversaw a re-wash. So thankful for your wonderful customer focused employees!
View on GoogleMy service was coordinated by Manny Guzman, MB Service Advisor with whom I have always delat with. As usual dropped off the car since it was a one day stop. He sent me off on a Lyft ride then had me picked up to collect my car. All fluids were changed and topped off. Brakes and tires checked as is MB procedure for its vehicles. Excellent service as always !!

View on GoogleMake sure you know your REAL mileage before you leave the dealer. My car was taken on a joy ride for 7-8 miles when the issues to be corrected had nothing to do with driving. They do not communicate well with you. On my first trip there, they had my car for six days, four working days and they did nothing to the car. The second time they had my car I re-asked them to fix three different things and they fixed all three things in four days.overall, I’m not happy with this dealer but I believe if you need warranty work and you live in the S FL area, you have no choice but to take it to Autonation.
