Had my truck towed here after I decided to play mechanic and messed up while installing valve cover gasket car went in to limp mode and began to act crazy. As soon as it arrived to Laz he looked over it right away and began diagnosing figuring out the most important part which was getting it to start again because it had no compression to turn over after I put my hands on it lol. With in 15 minutes Laz had the engine running and began to the proper tests to further diagnose. Super impressed with not only his shops customer service but the knowledge and professionalism Laz has. Definitely my mechanic from here on out! Recommend this business 1000%

My husband’s truck had to be towed to Laz, and when we arrived, they were completely full. I was getting ready to tow it all the way back home and come back another day—but instead, Laz went above and beyond. He personally moved several vehicles around just to make space and save us the extra hassle. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Super grateful for the help and the kindness. Highly recommend this shop!

I had been taking my work vehicle to Laz One for a long time, and every issue was repaired without problems. However, I recently paid $1,800 to fix an AC resistor under the assurance that this would stop the blower motor from burning out. Unfortunately, the blower motor failed again just 2.5 months later. I took it back, and this time I was told to replace the blower motor. I had no issue with that, but since the parts were delayed and I needed the car for work, they returned the vehicle to me until the parts arrived. When I picked up my car, it was making a strange noise that wasn't there before. When I called, they claimed the noise was already there and that it is now an actuator issue. The owner, Lázaro, told me that perhaps I just hadn't heard it before. I drive this car every day from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; it is my livelihood. I take it in every time I hear the slightest noise, so for them to tell me otherwise is frustrating. I had read Google reviews about people bringing their cars in for one problem and leaving with another. I ignored them, and now I am facing the consequences.
