They have been unable to fix a simple tire change in three days. Each visit, they’ve made me wait hours and only taken more money without solving anything. An absolutely disgraceful service.

This shop failed at the most basic responsibility a tire shop has: keeping the wheels on the vehicle. After having tire/wheel service done here, my vehicle developed increasing vibration and rumbling that ultimately escalated into a wheel actively coming off while I was driving. Multiple lug nuts had backed off, the wheel was separating from the hub, and the situation was seconds away from a complete wheel loss. This was a life-threatening safety failure. As a direct result of this failure, multiple components now have to be replaced, including wheel studs, lug nuts, the wheel itself, the brake rotor, and the wheel hub/bearing assembly. These parts are no longer safe due to the wheel being driven loose and rocking on the hub. This is not optional work — it is required to make the vehicle safe again. When I contacted the shop, their response was even more disturbing than the failure itself. Instead of taking responsibility, inspecting the damage, or showing any concern for safety, they hid behind a “no paper receipt, no responsibility” excuse. Their only offer was a token refund and a cheap reinstall at my expense, which completely ignores the extent of the damage and the danger involved. Let me be very clear: This was not wear and tear. This was not bad luck. This was not a coincidence. This is exactly what happens when lug nuts are not properly torqued during installation. Any competent tire technician knows this. The progressive symptoms, the damage pattern, and the outcome all point to improper workmanship. Refusing accountability afterward does not change that. What is especially alarming is the complete lack of concern for the fact that this could have caused a serious accident involving other drivers. A shop that responds this way to a critical safety failure should not be trusted with anyone’s vehicle. If you care about your safety, do not trust this shop’s workmanship. If you choose to use them anyway, re-torque your wheels immediately after leaving and do not ignore even minor vibration — because in my case, it nearly resulted in a catastrophic wheel loss. A tire shop that cannot ensure wheels stay on the car — and then refuses responsibility when they don’t — is a shop people should avoid.

Despite my attempts to seek justice, the sheriff's office was unable to file a report, and the establishment refused to engage in any meaningful resolution. I believe in holding businesses accountable for their actions, and this incident is part of a disturbing pattern of unprofessional behavior and mistreatment that must be addressed.
