They took me without an appointment less than an hour before they closed. Super fast, included fluid check and tire pressure. Kelly runs the front desk and was super friendly and helpful. I walked to Starbucks and Walgreens across the street while they did it and it was already finished by the time I got back. Recommend!

View on GoogleSo , I haven't been to one of these places in about 15 years so I figured I'd give it a shot. What is now the 4th time I've been here and every thousand Miles I get my oil changed. It seems like it might be excessive but I have reasoning why , I drive in Optima. Anyway we switched from 10W-30 to 5W-30. I was the last customer of the day normally I'm in and out in 10 minutes but I was there for over 35. I just noticed on the receipt that it said 10W-30 instead of what I ordered.I Went back and the cashier told me he ordered 5W-30 verbally to his tech . So after 5 minutes of arguing when I went back 4 days later one of the other employees thought he's going to jump in on the conversation as well. You know what these places are a dime a dozen they lost a really good customer instead of doing the right thing. You ever hear the term the customer's always right , and then this instance I am .
