Great service!! I was driving by and my tire pressure light came on! I stopped by and Marlen helped me out , hope I spelled his name right! I had a nail in my tire and a previous auto shop didn’t patch it right. Quick service and very professional. Definitely coming back for any auto repair services .

They did the most excellent job thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of my Lexus which was filthy from my friend using it for months with her kids the car looks like a new car it’s so clean & beautiful! The guys Louis & Douglas are just excellent and their work ethic top notch! This ultimate car wash cost only $32! You won’t beat this in south Florida! Very happy customer 😊 Oh and thy have an espresso machine and cookies free for customers! 10 stars 🌟
View on GoogleI have been going to Express Auto Care for a few years. I have always had a pleasant experience. Today. I stopped to get a oil change and the whole experience was First Class. Not a wait at all, (They were a bit busy)... I asked for a wash and it is a drive thru, automated wash. That was all I expected... They treated my wheels before and took great care before entering and while pulling in they were scrubbing the windows and truck tailgate. After wash, they hand dried the whole truck. Again, a great experience on a Saturday morning.

Today however, when I pulled into the bay the tech didn't greet or say anything to me, just stared and waited for me to speak first. When I said I was here for an oil change, he was visibly annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing him. Then inside as I went to pay, I asked a different tech about their free car wash with an oil change (as I had seen on both the reviews and the website). He told me they don't do free car washes anymore, which is fine, but don't advertise that on your website then. Paid for the car wash, older style rotary but was worth the $15. Only left some suds which were easy to clean off when I got home.
View on GoogleI've been servicing all five of my cars here, but lately I've been very unhappy with the service! They forgot to change the oil filter, or something else was wrong! And recently, after changing the oil and filters, the check engine light came on. They said it wasn't their fault, just a strange coincidence! But it turned out they simply hadn't tightened the air filter properly!!!! I wasted a lot of time trying to find the problem! I'm very dissatisfied.
