Empire did a great job on my recent service. Prompt, courteous, quality work at a very fair price. I came in for one issue and they went above and beyond to make sure my tires were properly inflated too. I didn’t have to ask! Highly recommend. 5 ⭐️

View on GoogleMy car would not start and the roadside assistance service told me that my battery needed replacing. They were charging $250 to put a new battery in. I went to Tires Plus as a follow-up. The customer care was exceptional. I was updated on the work being done. The diagnostic was done on my car and there were no problems found: Battery was strong. Appreciated their integrity. Means a lot.
View on GoogleThis is probably the best mechanic auto repair shop in broward. I feel that I can trust them to fix my car and not just find reasons to charge me for things that are not necessary. For example on my last visit my battery was being drained. The shop supervisor was kind and checked my battery and alternator. He suggested that replace the connection wires to the battery which would have been a 100 dollars or so. When he took the car back he then mentioned that it may have just been like a cushion piece that was left on. He took it off instead of charging me the 100$ for the new connection wires. He then said the Alternator is the issue. I really appreciated that because although it was just 100 dollars I really didn’t have the funds to drop on that. The alternator was under warranty so that was taken care of by the shop that sold it to me a year ago. The take away from this experience is that Empire Auto repair practice integrity which for me speaks volumes. I only bring my car here now for repairs. Thank you 🙏🏻
