They were friendly, caring, and it's refreshing to see a shop that values its employees enough to close on weekends so Keith can spend quality time with his family. On my 2015 GMC Terrain, Keith performed an oil change, transmission fluid service, checked all the fluids, coolant, belts, brakes, rotated the tires, repaired my rear hatch switch, and thoroughly inspected the entire vehicle. Everything was completed with great attention to detail, and I left knowing my vehicle was in excellent shape. I highly recommend Downtown Auto Masters for honest, dependable service you can trust!

View on GoogleI own a 2013 jeep wrangler. My jeep was stalling at all times regardless the speed i was going or at a drive thru. No warning, nothing! Then, after spending lots of money in car rentals, 3 highly recommended auto mechanics, the jeep dealership and finding nothing wrong with the car. I was about to trade my jeep in for another one. But luckily, someone in my gym said to me 'If Keith can't fix it , no one can" So I called Keith at Downtown Auto and told him the issue with my jeep. And without hesitation he told me what was wrong with my jeep. OVER THE PHONE!!!! This was 7 years ago. Never again stalled. I don't think I need to say anything else about his knowledge and expertise in cars in general. And add honesty and integrity to his persona. Same goes to the owner Dion. Won't let anyone else touch my cars. So lucky to have found them.
