Reggie showed up exactly on time, was polite, helpful, and professional. Immediately diagnosed the issue, quickly retrieved a part, and had my car working again within the hour. As other comments note, not only did he fix the issue, he showed and explained exactly what went wrong and what we needed to fix it. Would have had to have my car towed to a repair shop and would have ended up paying 5-10x the price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I’m unfamiliar with vehicles, so often times, I get charged more than necessary or they begin to “repair” things that doesn’t need to be interfered with.
