Champion 4x4 Tires & Offroad

Had a great experience with Champion 4x4. I recently purchased my 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison, and although it already had AEV wheels, I felt like it needed a more customized look. I’m still new to the truck world, so having someone knowledgeable to guide me made a big difference. Armando, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the process and helped me pick the perfect rims for the truck. He suggested the Arena Hustle smoked bronze with satin black lip, and the color combination came out incredible. It completely transformed the look of my ZR2 Bison and really made it stand out. Armando was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly has a great eye for what works. I truly appreciated his help and would definitely recommend Champion 4x4 to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

I had a great experience at Champion 4X4. Armando and his crew were top notch! I got my new lift, tires, and wheels installed and the end result was spectacular. I've recommended a few friends who have also received the same level of attention. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The product fit and finish is very good. Installation was exactly what they said. The only issue is the plastic smell That comes from the product is horrendous.I'm hoping that over time, it will decimate.Would recommend buying the product still as long as that smell goes away . The shipping information could be much better. We tried contacting 2 or 3 to find out delivery schedule and never got a correct answer on when it would be delivered until they were ready to deliver it. And then we had to be there to accept it. Don't get me wrong.This is a very well manufactured product, and I would buy it again.I just hope that the smell goes away.

I recently purchased a brand new 2025 Jeep Wrangler 392. I had seen some videos online about the AEV XP lift upgrade. I contacted Armando who was very helpful in explaining my options to me as I am new to off roading. Prior to me deciding to do business here I brought my Wrangler in to have the differentials checked because I had read online that they are coming from the factory with low fluid and the dealership refused to check it without changing it. Armando checked it for me and found it to be 1.5 quarts low. I was not just looking for a place to buy my lift kit and tires, I am looking for a shop that will look out for the welfare of me and my Jeep. While my Jeep was in for the lift upgrade it was discovered that my transfer case also had low fluid and water intrusion from a recent off road trip. Armando made sure the transfer case was properly flushed and refilled with Mopar fluids. I have found my shop for as long as I own this Jeep. Thank you again for caring about your customers.

I purchased AMP Power Steps from Champion 4x4 based on Armando’s recommendation over another brand. Unfortunately, what followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The issue isn’t with the AMP steps themselves, it’s the constant dishonesty and lack of accountability from Armando. For over a year, I’ve been repeatedly told that replacement parts were on the way. Every time I followed up, I was given another excuse “blah blah blah” or another promise that the parts would be arriving soon. Those parts never came. After dragging this situation out for an entire year, I called again today only to be told by Armando that he couldn’t help me and, “Have a nice life.” That response speaks volumes about how this business treats its customers after the sale. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Champion 4x4. My experience has been filled with broken promises, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer service. It also seems like they continue changing locations around the city to avoid problems they’ve created. I have ran into several Jeep owners who say this place is a Train wreck full of poor labor and dishonesty. If you value honesty and support after your purchase, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
