All my dash board lights up in my mini van. I took it to Broward transmission for a diagnostic. It was a busy day for them but within an hour i was called back. My engine was hanging on by rooting Dusty powdery rubber and my brakes were gone. Sierra walks me through what need to be done. The price was fair. My car had to stay overnight but it was worth it. Sierra is amazing she explains to me what I need to do moving forward to keep my mini van healthy Now they have a customer for life because they care about the service they provide as well as the customer’s car. Thank you Broward Transmission

paid $125 for a diagnostic and waited five days with no real communication. We called every day for an update and were repeatedly told someone would call us back — they never did. When I finally called for an update, I was told they “don’t know what’s wrong” but was asked to pay $3,900 to fix it. If you can’t diagnose the problem, how can you charge thousands to fix it? To make it worse, I was still forced to pay the diagnostic fee despite getting no actual answers. This was a complete waste of time and money. Extremely disappointing experience. I do NOT recommend this place.
