I brought my vehicle to Broward Auto Repair Shop for repairs, expecting the work to be completed professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, the shop failed to properly repair my car and left my engine completely torn apart. My vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was originally brought in. The shop did not complete the necessary repairs, and I experienced a lack of communication and accountability regarding the condition of my vehicle. Because the engine was left disassembled, I have suffered financial loss, transportation issues, and additional stress due to needing further repairs elsewhere. I am requesting that Broward Auto Repair Shop take responsibility for the damages and unfinished work caused to my vehicle.

View on GoogleOn my way back to TN from Miami - my engine blew in Fort Laud and I needed a tow; I found this place and reviews looked okay and it was very close so I took a chance being less familiar with the Ft L area. I am thoroughly pleased that I chose this shop. Great expertise and very helpful - ended up replacing my engine and I made it all the way back to west TN with no issue. Though I never want to have another highway break down in Fort Lauderdale - if I did: I’d go right back here.
View on GoogleWe drove down to Florida from New York and we started hearing some noises coming from the engine so we brought the car into the repair shop. They were so helpful with everything explaining and repairing everything quickly the day of so we can get back on our vacation. They replaced an air conditioning Compressor and they charged a very reasonable price. The work was very well done and quick. I would highly suggest anybody using this auto repair service shop.
View on GoogleEdit* Shop claims “Im not in their records”and “I am confusing them with another shop. “ Here is my receipt with their address and logo Towed my car in as it would not start, they diagnosed the ECU was bad and they installed a new one from the dealer. After installing the ECU I was told it would be $800 just to program it. After paying just over $2000 for a new ECU and programming I was told the car was ready. When I went to go pick up the car it had a severe coolant leak and the ABS and traction control lights were flashing. I took the car back immediately and told them it didn't have those issues before and they said they would look into it. They did fix the coolant issues no charge, but I was told they could not program the ECU all the way and I had to take it to the Ford dealership to get it programmed properly. When I go to pick up the car the second time my seat and floor were stained with something blue, I asked about it and they just told me "Oh it must've been the programming guy, he looked a little dirty." I also had to point out to the mechanic that my car was missing various clips and bolts holding fuel lines, plastic covers, and guards. I was charged $800 to program my ECU and I still had to take it to the dealer and pay again to have it programmed. I should've just taken it to the dealer in the first place. The car was in their shop for over a month and I had to call various times for updates as days would go by without a single update. They had the new ECU in within the first week, the other 3 weeks were just back and forth phone calls
