Anton was great, showed up when he said, did great work at the price quoted - So he comes to me and I pay less than at the shop; and I don't have to arrange a ride or sit in a waiting room. Fantastic!!! Will be using Brakes Master again.
View on GoogleAnton n Alex are truly professional. Good communication throughout the scheduling process and they come to you so you’re not in some repair shop for 1-3 hours. They use all authentic OEM parts, recommend and not upsell on general maintenance. Fairly or even better than fair priced compared to competitors out there. They go the extra mile to make sure your educated and up to speed on all the services they provide which is mostly everything from oil changes brakes plugs rotation etc. In the days of having to find a good mechanic, these guys I found to be the answer n I know I’m building a relationship with people I can trust ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 stars + Very happy customer here Richard B Thx Anton for making it fair n seemless!!

At first I went into a local Pep Boys and they told me to come back in 3 hours, and when I did, they hadn’t even evaluated my car. Then went to Jiffy Lube, and it took over 15 minutes for anyone to even greet me before I forced my way into a conversation to get a quote. Anton from Brakes Masters was professional, friendly, accommodating, and on top of everything, offered the best price! The fact that they come to your home or business to complete the service is a huge bonus. When it comes to brakes, I will never use anyone but Brakes Masters ever again, especially a large corporation that doesn’t care about you, exhibits deplorable customer service, and the highest prices. Do yourself a favor and hire Anton and Alex with Brakes Masters!

I had previously been told by my car’s service center that I needed brand-new brakes, even though I had replaced them just two years ago and had only driven 8,000 miles since then. Alex performed a very thorough inspection and reassured me that my brakes are actually in great condition and do not need to be replaced. I truly appreciated their integrity and transparency—it was refreshing to work with people who clearly prioritize honesty over unnecessary upselling. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future service needs, and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional car care.
