BJ's Tire Center

Great customer service. I have been here twice & on both occasions the guys were very helpful. I was able to get good recommendations for new tires that would last. I also did an alignment & rotation. I drive alot & my last tires were not good. I could feel the difference when driving. Lucson, Kirk & Andre are kind & very knowledgeable. I appreciate there service very much.

CHRONICALLY UNDERSTAFFED. Typically only one or two people will be working here, which means no one is manning the office. This helps BJ's avoid any cost of fulfilling the warranty to repair or replace tires it sells or rotating your tires. There is no way to make an appointment to have this work done by ohone or the internet. The phone number listed for the tire center seems to be the same for every tire center in the US. The answering protocol says it will forward you to a place to make an appointment, but that just takes you to the number for the big store. If you select the tire center option after that, no one will pick up, and there is no way to leave a message. If you do make an appointment in person, there is a good chance you will be told that there is no record of the appointment. I wish I had bought my tires someplace else.

Mann! Bj's is great..Costco membership expired and it is a bit far from our home so we went to check out BJs and we loved it..cheap gas..mobile app is amazing and coupons..plus it tells you about gas prices also..its cool

Horrible experience, I called before driving 30 min to get here. The manager that has a black ford 150 and his co-worker told me that they are not able to change 2 tires in 1 and half hour. That customer service should have not told me to come. I came 6:30 and since they are closing at 8 they did not wanted to work. They had no customer waiting for them. Horrible a lazy customer service. See picture there are not customers in there. The green has been there since I arrived and no one was working.

I purchased 4 new tires from BJ's last week and had to make an appointment to have them installed. Made the appointment for today and arrived a half hour early to my appointment. When I arrived, there was a line almost out the door. People were standing and sitting everywhere. There was no one behind the counter, and the phone was going unanswered. I waited 20 minutes before someone came out of the shop who was clearly rushed and overworked. I was able to let him know I was there for my appointment, and he said I would have to wait. They had a couple of other appointments in front of me. In the meantime, customers came and left without seeing or speaking to anyone from the store. After another 40 minutes, another employee came out, and I told him I was there for my appointment, which was now 30 minutes late. He took my keys and paperwork and said they still had another job in front of mine, then I would be next. I then saw one of the only 2 employees leave the shop and never returned. There were at least 5 other people who were waiting to speak with some about service or purchasing tires. After another hour and 15 minutes, my car was finished, but the employee had to wait for someone else to come and verify some of his work. Overall, I spent 2 hours and about 20 minutes at the shop for an appointment I made in advance a week earlier. The employee who was there did a good job with my actual installation, but this guy is clearly way overworked and needs 3 or 4 more people there to help him. Good deal on the tires, but terrible customer service because of the lack of employees.
