BIG KUZ TIRES

⭐ 1 star Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful experience. Avoid this place at all costs — especially if you value your car or expect basic respect. I brought my BMW XM here for a simple tire service. What I got back was: ❌ Three damaged wheels They touched 3 wheels — and all 3 wheels came back damaged. The only wheel they did NOT touch is 100% perfect. That alone tells you everything. ❌ One wheel cracked immediately after their installation No vibration, no leak, no crack before. Crack appeared right after their work. ❌ One wheel on my car is NOT my wheel Different color, different gold tone, different reflection, different finish, different coating texture. It is a different rim — absolutely not the one that was on my car. ❌ All damaged wheels have circular machine marks Clear evidence of improper equipment or improper mounting. ❌ The owner, Louis, refused to acknowledge even the obvious He denied: • the scratches • the machine marks • the crack • and even the fact that one wheel doesn’t match the others ❌ He treated my wife with complete disrespect She came politely to show the damage, but he: • interrupted her • refused to listen • refused to compare wheels • dismissed everything she said • tried to show her some random wheel from his storage as a “proof” This was humiliating and unprofessional. ❌ No accountability, no honesty, no integrity Instead of fixing the mistake, he tried to blame us for everything — including damage that physically could not be there before the service. ⸻ ⚠️ BOTTOM LINE I brought a clean, perfect car. I received it back with: • a cracked wheel • two more damaged wheels • one wheel that is not even mine • and a complete refusal to take responsibility This shop caused serious damage and then denied every single fact. If you value your car, stay far away from Big Kuz Auto Care LLC. There are many honest shops in South Florida — this is not one of them.

Big Kuz auto care has used tires at great pricing and good quality tire they’ll install them for you he also will install tires you buy online and he’s not expensive so make sure you give Big Kuz a try the only negative with the shop is how small the drive-through is when you drive in the shop other than that you won’t be disappointed kind of hidden off the general path his employees were kind and gave great service took it out for a test drive after they were installed called Big Kuz on the phone telling them that it was bouncing a little bit he told me bring it back and I’ll fix it he did now it’s smooth sailing

They’re the best. I had four tires put on and aligned for an unbelievably reasonable price. They were knowledgeable and treated me with respect, which was awesome because a lot of time being a woman changes how mechanic deal with you. Not here, you’re family. I will be back 1000% for anything and everything I ever need. I recommend them definitely

Saw an ad on OfferUp for the exact size tires I needed, reached out and was connected immediately to whom I believe to be the owner. Customer service skills 10/10. He was able to accommodate my hectic work schedule and last minute was able to add me to the schedule on a whim because I finished work early. The staff here are beyond great at what they do. Tires were done in less than an hours time. Very professional and I'm extremely happy with the value and service. Thank you again! Can't wait to tell everyone about this place!

Big Kuz is very honest, it's hard to find honest guys that sell used tires, he was the fourth tire shop I went to, I finally found the right tires and an honest shop. I do advertising for a lot of tire brands so most tire shops think you don't know anything so they are condescending, they try to sell you tires with patches on shoulders, or they will show you one tire on offer up and tell you they have a different tire, a tire place close to him, (731) tried to pull a bait and switch on me and wanted to rip me off with disposal fees and installation. Big Kuz gave me a great deal, included everything, he was there when I inspected the tires, he aligned the car for a very affordable price. Everything was done quickly, full transparency, on schedule. I highly recommend him.
