Unfortunate to have to leave this review. I originally brought my 2020 Subaru Forester to Atlantic in March 26 for a new AC evaporator core & expansion valve kit. The dash had to be removed for this to be installed. Unfortunately, the issues with the shop began even before the work started. I made an appointment and dropped off the car......and the car sat untouched for 6 days. No call, no update from the shop. I was without a car for 6 days when I didn't have to be. Once the job was completed (9 days in total) I noticed that there was a crack in my dashboard that was never there previously. The car was also filthy and I found a half eaten chicken wing in the back seat. At the time I did not complain, or leave a bad review, but I wasn't happy. For the next 2 months I noticed there was a mildew, wet smell in the car that I could not get to the bottom of. Forward to late May. When I started the car, my dashboard lights went crazy. I took the key out of the ignition and the dashboard lights did NOT turn off. I took my car to Subaru and they diagnosed the problem. The bottom line is, when Atlantic re-installed my dashboard they forgot to attach the AC drip hose. AC drain water was leaking into the cabin under my carpet for 2 months and caused corrosion and a short in my CAN harness bus lines. Subaru told me that I have to replace my instrument cluster harness and the harness that runs to the back of the car. So, now that I know that this dashboard short was caused by Atlantic's negligence, I brought my car back to them in (Jun 1, 26). After speaking to the management, I find out that my car has again been sitting for 4 days and no mechanic has touched it. Once again no call or update from the shop. The customer service belies Atlantic's google reviews. Atlantic refused to reimburse me for the diagnosis from Subaru and my rental car bills, even though it was their mistake. They say I should have brought the car back to them before I went to Subaru. This does not hold up. Why would I bring it back to them for electrical problems when I had my AC fixed there? They did fix my dashboard and now say the car is fine. The car now has a terrible mildew smell from the AC drain leak. I would not recommend this shop. still waiting for you to say that you have no record of my visit, I’d be glad to post my invoice.

Do not take your car here for AC repair. The ac in my car is blowing cool from one vent and warm from the other vent. Last year I was told the issue is caused by the condenser. I paid for the condenser and I continue to have the same problem with the ac cooling on one side and warm from the other. I've taken my car to this place 3 times for them to fix the issue. Today, the 3rd time, I was told the radiator needs to be replaced. How can the SAME ISSUE first be caused by the condenser, but now the SAME ISSUE is caused by the radiator???? I already paid $926 for the condenser which apparently was not the problem...now they expect me to pay $1700 for the radiator. Absolutey not! was wrongfully charged for the condenser. I asked to speak to the shop owner and I was told there's no number for the owner, but he'll reach out to me. Bad business and I am "not under warranty". Well if the ac was fixed properly the first time, I wouldn't have to keep coming back outside of my "warranty" . Although the ac was "fixed" last year, it should still be working. Car ac is not supposed to go out every year! I see someone is responding to comments claiming to not have a record of customers visits including mine. I would highly recommend this shop! They fixed my 2015 Subaru Forester A/C Condenser at a record speed and a very reasonable price. They are truly the best!

Fleet OWNERS be WARNED, don’t let your Van sit at this shop for too long. This shop is not the same, new owners have zero regard for old clients, I have been with the shop since 2013. This is since HS, Very Sad to see how they don’t carry the same values as the old owner Mr Ian and can’t forget the great customer service from Steve. I had recently moved to Okeechobee FL and I am so loyal to this shop, I threw my van on my flat bed and dropped it off to get it serviced. I lost a Van out of my fleet due to unethical poor communication on their end. $9000 in Value straight up stole the Van that I brought in for a water pump replacement. Zero follow up, no emails, no text, and no calls from Juan Merchant or his office besides the one call that the Van was ready for pick up. ZERO WARNING OF HIM LEANING THE VAN TO THEN GET A TITLE AND TO FIND OUT HE SOLD IT. ZERO NOTIFICATION. I thought I was being pranked when I got the news from the lead mechanics Mouth. Wish you the best Juan Merchant. Also it was pretty sad how you had your mechanic deal with your unethical behavior, good luck to you and your future business venture with Atlantic Auto Repair. The one reply he did make to any of my request in the text conversation is a Photo of the new title he has of my Van. Which I know for a fact he giggled to himself as he sent that text, hope it was worth it too you. THEY LOST A GOOD ONE. Thank you for the excellent service! The mechanic who helped me was very friendly and fixed the air conditioning problem on my Toyota Sienna. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this shop!
