The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. My water pump burst I pulled in immediately I was assisted and they got me in and out in about two hours. Ordered parts and everything! Truly thankful for humans that provide excellent service such as this!🙏

View on GoogleDid a poor job replacing my brakes for the price of $500. I honestly felt I could have went somewhere different and got them done. I didn’t feel safe driving after getting the brakes done. I did not receive a print out or write up on what all was done either; which is a kind of unprofessional. I had my car towed there due to it stalling out - I was informed they aren’t open on Saturday. Even though he called me on Saturday to tell me the engine was messed up. I asked for pricing for the potential damages; he didn’t call to tell me the pricing until Monday afternoon. I’m assuming they ran a diagnostic to know what was wrong; but sadly this place of business has lost my trust entirely because he didn’t inform on the price of a diagnostic (price range differs at different shops). Monday afternoon after informing me that the engine was messed up and would cost $2600. I declined the service and was informed I had to pay $125 for the diagnostic regardless (I didn’t receive a print out of what was wrong with my car). Overall terrible experience with this business and unprofessional staff.
View on GoogleEarl took great care of us again! His honest and accurate analysis of the problem with our Mercedes was remarkable and so different than our experience at other repair shops. He could've easily inflated the problem and charged us a bundle yet opted to pinpoint the exact problem and repaired it quickly and to our deep appreciation. DEFINITELY recommend him and he is now my mechanic for life!
