With so many online options, I was really nervous even with the great reviews, but I am so happy I took the chance with A&R. My car stopped on me Saturday, I called and received a response right away. Damian was sent out and came today (Sunday), that alone deserves 5 stars. He was friendly, gave me a quick diagnostic and it was my alternator 🙃. He instantly called the body parts shop ,got a price in front of me, told me the total including labor and once I agreed, he got to work. There was no pressure and he didn’t make me feel like he was trying to finesse me. Price was VERY FAIR considering the convenience and how big of a job it was, IN THE SUN . It wouldn’t have been any “cheaper” at a shop. The work was done within 4hrs, clean work. They also followed up and guaranteed my warranty on my part. 3 month Review Update: The Altenator went out on me and I have to the do the job all over costing me more $$$. Very disappointing because I paid for a follow up visit after experiencing issues with my battery sign popping up after the install and I was told it wasn’t the new alternator that was installed causing that, so I bought a new battery and still had issues. Went to my original mechanic and was told the alternator was really low quality. Although it may not have been intentional, please find a better source for your parts. Won’t risk having another cheap alternator, put in my car with the warranty.

My car started making a weird noise one morning before I was heading to work. I didn’t really have time to check it out, so I continued on for about a week before I could take it to a mechanic. When I finally got time over the weekend, I called this company due to all the impressive reviews I was seeing. I never really had a personal mechanic before because they’re all crooks and just want extra money for issues my car never had before taking it to them. I called and spoke with a guy named Damion and he told me he could come out and see what the issue was right on that Saturday afternoon. Damion told me that the noise was due to my alternator and said that it was time for a replacement. He told me he would try to find the replacement that not only will get there quick and work efficiently, but also works for my budget. Damion was able to find the part, and we ordered it that same Saturday. When it got to my house on Wednesday, I called Damion and let him know, and he said he could come out that exact day and fix it. Damion was not only understanding that I needed this issue to be fixed ASAP so I could get to work again with no worries, but also thorough with the way he made sure to fully check the vehicle to figure out what’s wrong. Due to this, he’s now the mechanic I trust to fix any issues on my car. If only I had found him sooner!

Excellent service. Called them on a Sunday morning, the mechanic was at my location in less than 30 minutes. The mechanic was very polite he showed me the issue with my vehicle and had it fixed in no time. 10/10 service. Will definitely be keeping this company in my contacts for any future car issues. Had trouble after another mechanic messed with my car, but Damien came out, found the problem, and got me running again. When my radiator fan failed, he came back with the part and replaced it at a fair price. Showed up, worked around my schedule, and kept it straightforward. Solid and reliable — recommend him if you need a mobile mechanic.

I can’t recommend this company enough. They are responsive, available quickly, honest and reasonably priced. Damien came and replaced my brake pads today. I was very glad to have him come to my home. I was scared to drive my car anywhere because of the noise the brakes were making. He assessed my car and told me that my rotor was damaged but that it didn’t need replacing. He was patient and kind and visibly showed me where the damage was (I am unknowledgeable about cars). He left, acquired the materials he needed to perform the repair and completed it efficiently and without issue. What sets this company apart from others I have used is that not only do they do good work, but they are honest and friendly. Unlike my experience with other mechanics, I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off or manipulated when working with them. There is a level of authenticity displayed that is without parallel.
