You are definitely right, I should have known better than to trust you with the vehicle. I should've told you not to fiddle with the vehicle like a child because "why would we engage the 4X4 if the work was done in the rear?" So your techs are 100 percent perfect and accurate all the time and don't ever make mistakes? Go kid your grandma with that. That tech is too young to be one of your seniors which if they were perfect, without a blemish, you would keep them since you established the shop. The only reason the transfer case would leak, and specifically leak after thorough inspection is if other components directly related to them were faulty and we're engaged to force the mechanical components to operate. The transfer case was replaced because the front differential was broken which then broke the transfer case. The leak was very oddly specific to the front driveshaft which in turn would only spin if the 4X4 was engaged. The Lord already knew Adam took from the apple, He just wanted to hear their excuse.
