Mak Auto Repair

I originally went to MAK Auto Repair for a routine oil change, and during the inspection, one of their experienced mechanics noticed that my CV axle was in very poor condition and needed attention before it became a much more serious and expensive problem. I appreciated that they took the time to point it out instead of simply completing the oil change and sending me on my way. After getting quotes from several other shops, I decided to return to MAK Auto Repair because I believe in supporting local businesses, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. Saeed, the owner, was professional and honest throughout the entire process. Chris, who works up front, was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They scheduled the repair quickly, completed the work exactly when they said they would, and delivered on everything they promised. It's not often you find a shop that is friendly, trustworthy, and professional all at the same time. I am extremely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend MAK Auto Repair to anyone looking for quality automotive service. Thank you, Saeed, Chris, and the entire team! Soooo where do I start...... I brought my vehicle here after I had a mobile mechanic diagnose and have no idea what he's doing. Came here for my reference for O'Reilly the MasterTech I was told about no longer work there. I asked these people to see where my oil leak was they told me I did not have one. As well I was never reimbursed for my $80 diagnostic. Then when I picked up my vehicle come to find out that they left the dustpan too close to the caliper in the wheel and it made a grinding noise I paid $3,800 for these people to fix essentially wheel bearing sensors, CV axles as well as some other things. I was never refunded my diagnostic charge my motor still has a leak they never diagnosed correctly. THAT was $100.00 plus the 80 for diagnostic so before out the gate 180.00.... If I was you don't take your vehicle here. The guy who works the counter is not a mechanic and has no idea. The older gentleman I'm guessing who owns the shop I won't say but needs an attitude adjustment. By the way the only reason they have so many five stars is because they bribe people with chocolate bars! Meant to write this review at least 2 months ago but life gets crazy as We Know. Stay away from here don't go there find a different mechanic cuz they can't fix anything especially when you tell them what's going on... Best of luck

I enjoyed my experience with MAK Auto Repair. The price for the alignment was fair, and revealed some possible issues for me to address. Chris was professional, personable and knowledgeable regarding my service and my desire to understand the diagnosis of my vehicle. I recommend this business to others.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give this shop a try. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I asked if they would check my fluids. The guy at the front desk, I think his name is Chris, was courteous and professional. Long story short, he took the time to explain in simple terms that I need brake pads, but that my rotors were good. Just like others have shared, they could have easily charged me for both, but they chose to do right by the customer. I appreciate the staff's honesty, integrity, and mindfulness of customers' time. I found my new shop for all my car maintenance and repair needs! Thank you so much!

Went in today with a flat tire, I wasn't sure if they could even help me, they looked very busy. I was pleasantly surprised, they checked my tire, as I thought it was beyond repair, they didn't have my tire in stock, they would have to get it tomorrow, but he offered me a used tire instead. The used tire looks like new, I was in and out from start to finish in about 45 minutes, and the price was amazing! I will definitely be back, and recommending them to friends and family.
