He deserves no stars as a mobile mechanic. By the time he finished this easy water pump switch, 2 months passed. He is full of excuses as to why he can’t keep his appointments and I just can’t do these repairs anymore. I’m dealing with lung cancer and needed someone to help me out and I thought he might be competent and I made a horrible mistake. After he got the pump on, I gave everything a good look and I found the lower water hose MOVED OUT OF THE WAY TO INSTALL THE BELTS! Picture enclosed, I couldn’t believe it. BEWARE☠️ Just noticed a rebuttal associated with my comments regarding this “experience” with this individual. Not installing a lower water pump hose is NOT something that is critical in letting some silicone dry when connecting the pump to the engine. He told me to let it cure overnight and it would be fine to run it the next day. Upon inspection the next day, the lower radiator hose was discovered, disconnected, and in no way ready to run. I informed him of the issue and he passed the blame on to his helper, stating he “should fire” him. He came out and rectified the problem and at that point, assisted on firing up the Caddy. I stand by everything I’ve described as being true and factual. His response is not factual or true.

If i could write a review for every time Jon and his guys worked on my vehicles, it would be a wrap! Jon has done my Jeep, my Hondas, my Volkswagon and my mini cooper. He even fixed a pump in my food truck! He is honest, reliable, transparent and literally the only person I would refer or allow to touch my vehicles. You don’t have to second guess yourself ever with him and his work! 100/10 ⭐️ s Thank you Jon💯

Had a stuck strut and was also in the middle of an air strut install that realistically would've taken me weeks to finish. Jonathan came out, helped diagnose the strut issue, handled getting it towed, and had everything completed and back to me within a week. Communication was solid, the work was done right, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of effort involved. Definitely recommend if you want the job handled efficiently and correctly.

John & Nick were absolutely amazing! I bought an expedition max in Orlando and broke down on the way home from the dealership. We contracted John and he got my car in the same day. They were able to fix my car over the weekend and get it returned to me today. I will use these guys again. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust give them a call! Thank you John and Nick.

Only place I trust to do the work on my 2003 50th anniversary corvette, Jonathan always does a good job and stands behind his work. I also appreciate how he explains everything to me so I know exactly what they will be doing during each repair/service. Highly recommend.
