I came in for my scheduled appointment at 7:30 AM for a basic oil change. I didn’t leave until 10:30 AM. They originally told me it would take around 2 hours, but my car just sat there and wasn’t even touched until after those 2 hours had already passed. If they’re running behind, fine — but communicate that. Don’t leave customers sitting and guessing. Mario, in particular, had some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. No updates, no urgency, and when I asked for a status he acted like I was inconveniencing him — even though they were the ones wasting my time. This dealership’s service has been going downhill, and to make it worse, they don’t even honor the lifetime car washes they originally promised when I bought the vehicle. If you value your time or expect basic professionalism, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
