I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom! The service was outstanding, and I especially want to thank Mr. Elio for being so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to get my tires replaced, an oil change, and maintenance done on my car, and everything was completed quickly and efficiently. The team made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They were both incredibly friendly, honest, and took great care of me from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. (I wish I could give more stars!!) As a woman, it can be difficult to find an auto repair shop that is honest and doesn’t try to take advantage of gaps in your automotive knowledge. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about cars, so I can usually tell when a shop is trying to upsell unnecessary repairs or overcharge. This location has never done that. They have consistently provided fair pricing, honest recommendations, and excellent customer service. They never push unnecessary work and always take the time to explain things clearly. What stands out most is that they genuinely seem to focus on finding the best solution for the customer rather than thinking of ways to “charge the most.” There have even been times when they’ve recommended that I handle simple maintenance items myself (if I was willing to) or purchase inexpensive parts, like filters, from a discount store instead of paying them to do it. That level of honesty is rare and greatly appreciated. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been respectful, helpful, and willing to answer my questions without ever dismissing my concerns. During my most recent visit, I came in believing I needed new brake pads, rotors, tires, and more because another shop had insisted that all of that work was necessary. However, Jesus took the time to inspect everything and told me that I only needed brake pads. That kind of integrity is exactly why I continue to trust this shop with my vehicle. I wish I could mention everyone by name because the entire team has been fantastic over the years, but there have been so many great employees that it’s hard to keep track. Thank you all for consistently providing honest, reliable service. You have earned a customer for life! Highly recommend!
