This is truly the only auto repair shop we will ever go to. They have been consistent in their quality. Helpful to get us service when we need it, very trustworthy, and have discouraged us from doing unnecessary repairs rather than just taking money. I’ve never known a more honest helpful auto repair company in my 50 years. 11/10 stars. Highly recommend. We have taken multiple cars to them.

View on GoogleI was told that I had an issue with something on the motor and it wasn’t even close to that. Customer service was very poor and not truthful My mass airflow sensor was unplugged. A tech was showing me how sporadic my car was acting. I thank God I said no, and took it home. A friend of mine’s looked at it and saw what was unplugged in my issue seriously was gone. My heart dropped. There’s businesses out here that will scam you just because your lack of knowledge, seriously appalling and I’m warning anybody else
View on GoogleI brought my car here after a fender bender. I was delighted with the repair, more so because they helped me locate and repair a leak that was damaging the interior of my car. I had taken it to other shops, including Honda, but they were not able to find where the water intrusion was coming from, plus they charged me for a diagnostic. That was not the case at Prince Auto Repair, thus this is my go-to body shop from now on. I highly recommend this spouse-owned shop for all of your vehicle repairs.
View on GoogleI went for just a basic oil change was told I needed a laundry list of things which was pretty hard to believe because I keep up with my maintenance so then one of the tech was very persistent on using the code reader for my vehicle when all I Came for was an oil change I told him all I need was an oil change. There’s nothing wrong with my vehicle so I went inside to work out a deal on oil change. After I paid for the oil change, I came back out. Supposedly my oil was already changed so I left a few moments later about 2 miles away from the shop. I’m getting a bunch of electrical codes. so I called back and asked why am I getting a bunch of electrical codes and they copped an attitude with me saying to bring it back in so I did headlights and dash not working properly even signal lights so they wanted me to pay For a diagnosis and told me what modules to get, I called a friend of mine he came By he put his scanner on my car, and told me My adaptations for my vehicle where edited to be exact, it was adaptations as in my intake mass flow also my knock regulatorand idol regulation was reset I don’t know what’s going on with this place. I’m just warning people. Read your reviews first as I should have
