If you are ever in a tight spot and have a flat tire, do not go here looking for assistance anywhere near the end of the day. I picked up a piece of metal in my tire at 4:25 PM right in front of their business pulled in to see if they could help me out, and I have dealt with them before. But they said no we can’t help you because we are going to be closing soon. Closing time is 5 PM. Actually waited there a half hour in the parking lot for another mechanic to come and give me a hand as they would not simply plug or patch a tire with a half hour left to the day. They were sitting in chairs and wiping down tools and cleaning their personal vehicles. I am battling stage 3 pancreatic cancer, and you can visibly tell that I am sick. I am blown away by this experience. Edit, this should not get removed as it is a legitimate review and I have a witness, my mechanic from the shop across the street who opened his shop just to come over and help me as I was denied service.. I was ushered out of your shop at 4:30 because you close at 5 and that’s why I was able to take a picture of Workers sitting there doing nothing and also cleaning out their personal vehicles and this was posted during your business hours. That is not how you get good ratings by having them removed.

Traveling a round trip from NJ to Florida, alone with my infant, and suddenly I was experiencing issues with the AC and the navigation system. I was panicked that I would never find someone to help get things back to normal to make it home without needing to visit a dealership... Lifeline not only took it in within MINUTES and they reset the system / assisted with reconnecting navi system free of charge! Also charged the AC system so I could make it home to eventually have it taken care of under warranty. The thought of traveling in FL with an infant with no AC was terrifying but these guys really went above and beyond! Could tell they genuinely cared more than any other shop would have!
