Classic Collision get 10 out of 10 on communication. I received my car neat and clean after repair. They kept the promise on return date. Rental arrangement was very smooth with the help of insurance company and Enterprise.

View on GoogleClassic Collision was recommended by State Farm as one of ”the shops they work directly with,” so I used them as recommended. The day I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed the rocker panel under the drivers side door was broken. When I called this out to Thaad and then showed him the accident pictures, he said the shop would order one and replace it. When I got home and shut the car door, I heard a rattle in the left corner panel. After investigating, I realized that something is loose and rattling inside my car. Every time you shut the door hard you hear a rattle from behind the left quarter panel. Later the same day Thaad sent me photos they took at their shop where you can see the damage. Anyway, Thasd told me he told me he would file a supplemental claim and get it taken care of. Today, StateFarm denied the supplemental claim and left a message on my phone basically telling me I’m on my own. The bottom line here is that Classic Collision did a poor repair job, and missed the rocker panel in the process (see accident photo and second repair photo with the rocker panel detached at the wheel well after the repairs. I should have realized there would be a problem when I was told to be there at 10:30 and they hadn’t put the car back together yet. I waited over an hour and a half while they rushed and did piss poor job putting my car back together. Now I have to take it to the dealership to see what they left loose inside my car. BUYER BE WARE, YOU WERE WARNED.
View on GoogleIt was easy dealing with Classic Collision. When I dropped off my vehicle, they had the rental car agency come pick me up. They kept me apprised every few days as to what was happening with my vehicle. It was delivered within the promised time frame and they did a fine job on the repair.
View on GoogleUPDATE: Problem getting worse. (See photos) No formal response ever received from Carolina Auto Body. After having to going back 3 or 4 times because it kept cracking in the same place this is the end result. My bumper is still cracked and still popping out of my fender. Great job Carolina Auto Body. Practically stole from me. Pathetic workmanship. Almost no different than when I brought it in, what was the point!!! I know this place has good reviews and is why I chose it but wow. Different body shop told me it will keep cracking and should have never been done this way. Well this is the 4th time in 2 months and I'm still out the money for it. Not to mention my driver side is hanging off, was told they cant fix it. What kind of body shop is this or did they just not like me? The reviews off all their body shops in the area and my experience don't match up. No excuses after this many attempts. I see other pictures from your repairs with perfectly fixed bumpers. Look at those pictures I posted, it's just wrong and not fair.
