I had a pleasant experience with Auto Tronics. I had never been there before, had a oil leak coming from somewhere underneath my work van. Took it to them because the shop where I took it didn't focus on major repair concerns like what I was having. Took it to the and they were very nice being that I have never been there before. I dealt with who I would assume was the wife of Jeff, who was extremely nice and helpful in my time of need. Jeff was very informative about what he found and what he would suggest I do going forward which I greatly appreciated. I was a little concerned based on some of the reviews I read, but I must say, I never experienced any of that. Nothing but nice and professional. Would like to continue dealing with them in the future for my automotive needs.

View on GoogleOur car was leaking oil from its rear so we brought the vehicle to Jeff. After his review, he told us the rear tire gaskets were leaking and they needed to be replaced. We never received an estimate. When we picked up the car, Jeff charged us almost $900 for his services. When I simply asked him about this pricing, he acted a bit defensive and rude to me. Less than 2 months later the car was leaking oil from the same rear area of the car. This time we brought the vehicle to the car dealership for a second opinion. The dealership hoisted our car up on the lift. The mechanic pointed out that all the rear parts around the rear tires ( including the gaskets) were never replaced. Jeff misled us. So we had to pay $900 again to replace the gaskets correctly by the dealership. So.. Jeff lost a customer that he was servicing for many years and we moved on to a trustworthy mechanic company.
