I can’t recommend this shop enough! The owner went above and beyond to inspect my car and didn’t even charge me for his time. From the very beginning, he was completely honest and transparent. He told me that while he obviously has a business to run, his biggest priority is the safety of his customers, and that meant a lot to me. Instead of trying to sell me repairs, he explained that my car has more than one serious issue and that fixing only the problem I came in for would just lead to more repairs afterward. He genuinely wanted me to understand the condition of my vehicle so I could make the safest decision. It’s rare to find someone who values honesty and integrity over making a quick dollar. He truly cares about people and goes above and beyond out of the kindness of his heart. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go. From a young age I began working on my own cars because I didn’t trust anyone else to touch my vehicles. I run a business of my own and often I am so busy I don’t have the time to do my own repairs. When something happens to one of our service trucks or even my personal vehicle Full Auto gets us back on the road quickly. I can not say enough how amazing this shop is. My daughter bought a used car that ended up having a significant amount of issues that were hidden from her when purchased. She is a full time college student living away from home and on a very limited budget. She was given a quote by another mechanic for almost 6,000. We were devastated but decided to go to full auto to see what they said. In short -they did all the repairs for under 2,200. Shortly after the engine had a misfire due to some damage the previous issues had caused prior to repair. The owner of the shop face timed my daughter and her boyfriend to help them fix the issue themselves as it was a quickish fix and they could do it on their own. He literally went above and beyond for our family. He is trustworthy, very reasonable and kind. You don’t find that in many shops. I can say without a doubt you can and should trust this shop. They will take care of you !!

As someone who’s worked in the automotive repair field for a long time this shop is the real deal. Straightforward pricing, realistic and knowledgeable owner, and great communication. I typically do all my own work but needed them in a pinch and they were able to get my AC system charged same day. Highly recommend them!
