View on GoogleIt all started 10 years ago with my incredible experience servicing my 350Z, now I have a Z, called to make an appointment for my first oil change and alignment. The operated was super nice and set me up at a date and time that worked for me. I arrive at Weston Nissan, was immediately greeted, checked in and forwarded to my service advisor Jorge. Jorge was able to accommodate my every request with a smile and a positive attitude. He walked my through the process and had my car ready to go in half the time. Pricing was another surprise with how competitive the charge, I even thought it was cheap. Thank you Jorge and Weston Nissan for such an amazing experience and taking care of my Z!

View on GoogleWorse car service experience ever, and it happened for the second time. I got a call from the service center to schedule a day for the recall that has been going on since DECEMBER. We scheduled the call, I got two confirmation emails and two confirmation messages. When I got there they told me they did not have the part that my car needed. I have not been able to use the fast charger since DECEMBER because they never had the part and if I use it, my car runs serious risk to explode. My time was worth nothing to them. All the Service Manager, Tony Figueroa, did was telling me that humans make mistakes. Really? Humans at Nissan Service can make mistakes with their time, not with mine. I'll never get a Nissan again, even though I have to say that there is a huge gap in quality service between the Sales Department (amazing service) and the service center. Very upsetting experience and they have no clue on when they will receive the part. I am the one who is supposed to call Nissan headquarters to find out. As far as I know, as I told them, I was at Nissan yesterday not at any other dealer. They should know better.
