I used to be a mechanic and service advisor. When i brought my limited edition Bullitt Mustang in for a clutch I dint expect the transmission and engine to be cracked. The owner made a personal commitment to helping me out. This was a tough job for anybody and im sure they took a loss on it but they got me back to enjoying my car. Above and beyond service and communication!
View on GoogleI can’t say enough great things about Transmission Pro Total Car Care! They replaced the transmission in my 2022 Ford Bronco and absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the entire job took about 3 days total, which was incredibly fast considering the size of the repair. Before bringing it in, my Bronco was hesitant when changing gears, had a noticeable delay shifting into reverse, and didn’t feel smooth—especially on a cold start. After the replacement, it drives like a brand new vehicle again. The shifting is smooth and precise, reverse engages instantly, and there’s zero hesitation even first thing in the morning. The difference is night and day. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking for an honest shop whose Google reviews truly speak for themselves, you’re at the right place. They communicated clearly, stuck to their timeline, and delivered exactly what they promised. On top of that, they were very affordable. They actually charged me less for a full transmission replacement than another shop previously charged me just to rebuild a different transmission. That says a lot. If you need transmission work done right the first time, Transmission Pro Total Car Care is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I called and made an appointment to bring my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado for a transmission service. On my arrival I was welcomed by Mike, the owner, and I had the transmission service performed on my truck while I waited in their comfortable customer waiting room. The service was performed properly and in a timely manner. Don’t waste your time reading others reviews, this is a five star shop, and the old adage is as true today as it was yesterday. I highly recommend them if you want to be treated right. Thank you Mike
View on GoogleHighly recommend Transmission Pro. Tori and Mike are fantastic. They were helpful, transparent and knowledgeable. For those that have the infamous 6L80 GM transmission, this is your shop. They will do the correct repair with the Billet torque converter as well as deletion of the dfm and thermal bypass. Car is running much better after a week and I’m very happy with the work done.
