The most terrible customer service! Thinking that they are a space company. You can’t pick up your order if it’s not your name. But family name same, you have order number. And after 1,5 conversation that you paid your own card, it’s your name…they made you as authorisation person. I was in a car for another 40 min. And tires was just near my car! Nobody even ask my id, order number. Spent 4 hours to argue customer service that it’s me. And you will never find window, who will pick up. And even by phone-I told that I’m coming to pick up tires-they didn’t tell me that it should be special form who will pick up this order
