Tire Kingdom

HORRIBLE, CHAOTIC, AND DOWNRIGHT UNSAFE EXPERIENCE. My uncle dropped off my cousin’s Audi at 8AM for brakes, rotors, and a tire rotation. We returned at 1PM, only to find the car still on the lift, with the back tires not even done. When we asked what was going on, we were told they couldn’t finish because they “left a scanner” in another customer’s car — which had already left. Completely unprofessional excuse and unacceptable. A mechanic shop should have extra and proper tools, especially for common vehicles. Things went downhill fast. The manager Robert showed up and did not acknowledge us at all completely ignored us, offering no explanation or apology. At that point my uncle asked them to just put the back tires on so we could leave, he then asked the mechanic Fabio if the tire rotation was done. The mechanic admitted he didn’t do it because he “didn’t know he had to do it.” Only after my uncle complained to the manager, and he told him to do it meaning the tires had to be removed again, rotated, and reinstalled. This wasted even more of our time and showed a complete lack of training, supervision, and professionalism. While all of this was happening, I went to my own car — a Mazda that was NOT being serviced — only to find a different mechanic sitting inside my car with paperwork, acting as if it was being worked on. I did NOT authorize anyone to be in my vehicle. This is a serious violation. When I confronted him and told him to get out of my car, he was extremely rude and disrespectful, refused at first, and then cussed at me as he exited. The situation escalated into a verbal altercation involving my family. At one point, the mechanic made a threatening statement, implying harm to us. I have the entire incident on video.This place is disorganized, unprofessional, disrespectful, and unsafe. Lack of communication, lack of skill, lack of accountability, and aggressive behavior from staff, unauthorized access to customer vehicles, and threats from employees. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a repair shop. And yes we did call the cops. Second photo is the guy who threaten us.

I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. They were honest, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was completed efficiently, and I felt confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. I really appreciate the professionalism and care from the team and would highly recommend Tire Kingdom to anyone needing reliable tire and automotive services!

I've been going to Tire Kingdom for years, and Kevin and Robert are the main reason I keep coming back. In an industry where it's hard to know who to trust, these two have always been honest, professional, and willing to help. Whether it's a simple tire issue, maintenance, or a larger repair, they take the time to explain everything and make sure I'm taken care of. I've never felt pressured into unnecessary work, and I always leave knowing the job was done right. Tire Kingdom has become my go-to shop because of the outstanding service Kevin and Robert consistently provide. I honestly don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I was referred to this location by TK because it had the tires I needed for my son's car. During the call an order was set up. I had issues with how easy Google Maps got me to the right location. After 2 tires were replaced and the car was being aligned, I asked and was told that the rear tires were worn down enough to merit replacement. The tires I needed were in stock so 2 became 4. In a liquids check they did, the coolant was brown, and the power steering was not the expected color. I added flushing both and their replacement. Both guys at the service desk were very friendly and in my opinion competent and trustworthy. Everyone I saw who walked with a tire service need was well treated. I have no reservations about highly recommending this location. You can stay in the waiting area or walk to Publix for a snack as I did. The car ride with the thew tires was excellent.

While I've always come here for bigger projects or things beyond my means, I do gotta say new management has cleaned up the place better than before. The Mavis buyout still puts a hamper on things but that has less to do with them and more with how corporate operates. Still, the new crew (and some old faces too) are still one of the better teams out there and why I continue to trust them.
