Been coming here for the past almost 2 yrs for my car maintenance. Before Basco was awesome not sure if he's still there or not. Today, Benjamin was who assisted me and let me tell you, his customer service skills were 10/10! There was a customer a head of me and she was not as friendly but by the time Benjamin was done explaining everything to her, her demeaner changed. Benjamin confirmed everything my appt was for, asked if there were any other issues or questions that I had. He was so courteous, kept me informed throughout the process and incredibly knowledgeable. Benjamin, you were a gem today, thank you!!!

I would like to sincerely congratulate and thank Marvin for the outstanding work he did on my car. His service truly exceeded my expectations. I returned to this repair shop because the day before, another mechanic had worked on my vehicle and unfortunately the job was not done properly. Today, I came in for a different service—the replacement of the rear shocks—but Marvin took the time to carefully inspect the vehicle and immediately noticed the previous issue. Thanks to his attention to detail and professionalism, Marvin not only completed the job assigned to him today with excellence (rear shock replacement), but he also went above and beyond by correcting the previous work and replacing the brake pads and rotors. This was not originally part of his assignment, yet he handled everything with great care, precision, and a consistently positive attitude. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about delivering quality results. An outstanding employee who truly deserves recognition. I would also like to recognize Benjamin, the shop assistant, for his fantastic customer service from start to finish. He was always attentive, took the time to explain what was best for my vehicle, helped me get the best possible price, and patiently answered all my questions.
