Rick Case Honda Express Service

Rick Case at it’s worst! I live here in Weston and liked the convenience of having a dealer I could trust. I paid the all inclusive service which is a total scam. I have a brand new car and every schedule maintenance which was supposed to be all inclusive, it’s been no less than $200 each time for a new car. The last time I asked to change the windshield wipers and they wanted to charge me about $160 for it because supposedly they had to change the whole arm and blamed me for supposedly replacing the arm for a non-original Honda one; which was a total fake statement since I haven’t taken this car anywhere else. This looks very suspicious. I’m not sure if they are trying to just replace parts that don’t need to be replaced to charge more or who knows what. Thank goodness I inquired about the excessive price to replace windshield wipers and they then said that the arm didn’t need to be replaced because they confirmed it was original and the mechanic had made a mistake. Then, after a few days I noticed a leak on this 1 year old car, which wasn’t happening before taking it to service; so I took the car back and found that during the oil change they loosened the transmission fluid compartment. I have no idea why this happened. It seems to me like they were causing this on purpose in order to cause a damage and then charge more. Of course I was very upset with the situation and their response was that they were not going to charge me for tightening a screw that they had loosened in the first place for unknown reasons. Seemed like I had to be thankful for not being charged for them repairing a damaged that they caused. On top of that they finally replaced the windshield wipers and instead of doing it as a courtesy for the inconvenience and possible dangerous damage that they caused, they still charged me $40 plus tax for that. Definitely dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated that I trusted Rick Case Honda and now I have a feeling that they are dishonest and trying to sell you parts that are not needed or even worse, causing damage to your vehicle so then they can charge you more.

What should have been a routine service visit turned into an incredibly stressful experience due to unprofessional staff, terrible communication, and a complete lack of accountability from management. ​The Issues: ​Unprofessional Staff & Poor Communication: From the start, I felt completely disrespected by the staff. My service advisor, Karen, was entirely dismissive of my concerns. Communication was virtually non-existent; I was left entirely in the dark about the status of my vehicle, and trying to get a straight answer or a simple update felt impossible. ​Neglect of Vehicle Care: Beyond the poor attitude, I felt there was a blatant disregard for the care and handling of my vehicle while it was in their possession. ​Condescending Management: When I tried to escalate the situation, the behavior of the management made things exponentially worse. The manager I spoke with made highly inappropriate, condescending remarks regarding my personal finances, which was incredibly insulting and entirely irrelevant to the service of my car. ​Zero Follow-Through: The service manager, Alex, initially acknowledged the issues and offered a solution to resolve my complaints. However, this turned out to be empty words. He completely failed to follow through and has since ignored my attempts to reach him, refusing to return my phone calls. ​Conclusion: ​I expected a high level of professionalism and customer care from a major dealership like Rick Case Honda, but instead, I was met with disrespect, deflection, and broken promises. Karen and Alex showed a total lack of integrity and customer service skills. I will absolutely not be returning to this location, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere if they value their time, money, and vehicle

I had an 11:30 am appointment and when I arrived , was told it would be about 2 hour wait time. Well it’s been 3 and half hours…. Customers with an appointment should be prioritized. Not to mention this as an excuse but I’m very pregnant, which is why I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait so long. Room for improvement? Of course.

To whom it may concern I bought my car from this Rick case Honda in Weston Florida in February of 2026 I was so happy to be rolling again after being without a car for months and here we are today on may 30 /2026 my battery in my brand new used car that’s a 2023 with under 30k miles had me with a battery that was smoking and leaking plus smelling like shit literally I had to jump my car every time I turned it off so I took it to back to get situation resolved and ALEX the service manager took over went above and beyond to assist me and my dog 🐶 that once the new battery came in within an hour he changed it himself for us knowing how dangerous that situation was I really appreciate your customer service and dedication to your job and perspective for people with real life situations thanks again Alex I told you I got you my dog even was grateful for his assistance Facts

If possible never go to this location to purchase and for service. Both had bad experience. If you drop the car for service, they never call you and update you. If you call them we won’t be able to talk to the advisors. Worst advisors and telephone operators a car company can have is here. They won’t value your time.
