I’ve been a client for about 5 years now. My Tonale was at service for a week, and supposedly a part that had a recall that is going to be replaced is on back order and after a week they told me the piece just arrives in one more month. The story gets worse. Since the person that picks up the phone to schedule the service ( terrible ). Today I was leaving the dealership and I felt something wrong on the car, a big noise. What a SURPRISE That was an orange CONE stucked under the car. This is UNBELIEVABLE. After they removed the cone it was a hanging part under the car. I was about to get on the expressway. Is sad how bad the services are lately. I’m driving unsecured now. I wish I could return the car and brake the lease. Do not recommend the dealer or the car to nobody.

View on GoogleAfter the oil change and tire rotation with balancing service, the car started shaking when it reached 65 MPH because they hadn't balanced the tires. Then, when I went back the next day because it was still shaking and the check engine light was on, they told me that balancing wasn't included in the rotation. Honestly, the service representative, Jorge, acted completely unhelpful, and all his answers were "no." They claimed they balanced the tires, but that's a lie because the car is still shaking. I asked them to check the car because I wanted my son to drive it. It's a new car with the services included in the price. Today I'm going to get the tires balanced somewhere else. I don't like being lied to! Customer service is everything!
