I was sent to Neil Autoworks from a transmission specialist as I was told that I had an engine problem not a transmission problem. Neil was the only person the transmission place would recommend. It was about a 20 minute drive. Well, it turned out to be well worth the drive. Neil tested my car and suggested that I get a new gas cap and put the mid grade gas instead of what he called "the cheap stuff" in my car. It worked perfectly, saving me what I was afraid to be a lot of money fixing my car. I found Neil to be a fair and honest man. He said let's start with a couple of inexpensive solutions first. He is just the kind of man to put your car in the hands of. He solved my problem and I appreciate his professionalism, his honesty, and his car knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend Neil. He will deal with you straight. No worries.

I spent countless amounts of money trying to get my corolla fixed from Firestone to the dealership. I had a crank no start issue, The other places changed batteries twice, battery terminals, spark plugs, starter, alternator, and even my fuel pump was changed. Nobody knew what the issue was until I took it to Neil. I had been having this issue for years, avoiding a car payment. Finally my car is fixed. Even if I have another issue, I know I can take it back and get fair treatment. THANK YOU NEIL AGAIN AND AGAIN.

My sister and I had the low pressure sign come on before a road trip to Miami and weren’t able to resolve at the free air pump, we google nearby auto service shops and thank god we chose Neil! He took us in shortly before closing time, assessed, and fixed the issue in under 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. He saved us! Definitely recommend Neil!
