Had a bunch of big problems on my 2012 bmw. Charlie and his team at Motorworx were amazing. My car was smelling like it was about to go on fire, smoke coming out, and leaking oil. Got all the problems fixed and worked with my schedule. Super kind and great pricing compared to other places. Got my car back quick each time. Thank you guys for being so helpful!

View on GoogleI cannot recommend this shop enough. I've had rough experiences with quite a few local shops. I've found it very hard to find someone knowledgable to service my fully modded E82, but finally I've found a place to call home (lord knows my car spends more time in the shop than in my garage). Charlie is a fantastic guy, I have no reservations saying he's the most honest shop owner I've come across. He's extremely friendly and gets the job done not only well, but quick. Thanks Charlie and team!
View on GoogleI wish I could give this place more than five stars. It's the best and friendliest shop I have ever been to. Charlie and his staff are super nice and genuinely want to help. About a year ago, my car had a couple oil leaks and they fixed them in about two days plus lowered the price we originally agreed on by $100. I went back last week to fix a leek with the power steering fluid. He he was able to clean up the mess and order a new part in about 15 minutes. He even added more fluid! I came back today to get the new nozzle and he was able to fix another problem in no time and he had the parts in his shop which was surprising. I also had a problem with my glove department opening and he took apart the handle and spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out the problem. Throughout the whole time he was telling me what he was doing and the solutions. He couldn't figure out the problem but he said he would keep on trying and call me back in a couple of days. He didn't want me to spend $250 on a whole new handle since BMW parts are expensive.

This was my first visit to Motorworx. I was referred by a friend. I briefly met the tech while picking up my car He had a good attitude and I could tell he genuinely cared. All work was performed as expected or better. I will continue to service my car here and highly recommend Motorworx
