View on GoogleI have a 2017 Ford Escape. I brought it in because I heard a loud banging noise in the rear of the vehicle. Come to find out the whole rear suspension , control arms and brake calipers were rotted.also the front brakes were rotted as well . I was turned away by 2 other shops before Local Auto Repair. Thank you Noel and your team for taking on this project. I appreciate your honesty and completing this project in record time. View on GoogleIf your looking for a welcoming honest auto repair shop you have to come see Amanda and her crew at Local Auto Repair. The shop is located East of Pine Island South of Griffen road at the end of 83rd terrace on the right side Davie Florida. The moment I walked in I knew this place was something special. Amanda was helping a customer she was so patient and knowledgeable the lady left her car and she didn’t seem stressed at all. When I stepped to the counter she greeted me like I was a regular at the shop “Good morning how can we help you today” with a big smile. I told her I was there for a simple oil change she asked if I’d like them to do a tire rotation she said “it’s recommended when doing an oil change, but it’s up to you” I didn’t feel pressured to add services I didn’t come for. Amanda was able to get the car taken care of right away I waited about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, the wait was a breeze. The service tech wasn’t condescending when he spoke with me, which if you’ve ever taking your car to a dealership you know what I’m talking about. After this I will never go to the dealership for service again. I plan to bring my other car in soon. Big thank you to Local Auto Repair.
