We had an excellent experience with Jesse at Gold Coast Transmissions in Davie, Florida. We brought in our 2017 Chevy Tahoe for transmission and engine mount repairs at a point where we were honestly beginning to lose confidence in the vehicle and were even considering giving up on it altogether. Not only did Jesse complete the repairs at a much more reasonable cost than we expected, but he also took an incredible amount of time explaining exactly how the transmission and engine mount components worked within the vehicle. What really stood out was his patience. When I still didn’t fully understand, he went even further and carefully explained and demonstrated everything again until I truly grasped how the systems worked together. That level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care is rare these days. Thanks to Jesse and the team at Gold Coast Transmissions, we now feel much more confident taking road trips again in our Tahoe instead of feeling nervous every time we got behind the wheel. Shout-out to Jesse and his team over at Gold Coast Transmissions! They rebuilt the transmission in my truck a few months ago, and it’s been running like new ever since. I have no complaints at all. The whole team did a great job from start to finish. From the moment I dropped off my truck to the day I picked it up, everything was handled professionally with a quick turnaround. I stopped by after experiencing problems with my transmission while towing my large boat from Key West back to Sebastian. I limped into the shop, where I was helped by Jesse. I have previously worked at an outboard repair shop in Miami as a service manager, and I could tell that Jesse was competent, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out. He sent me to their main repair facility that could accommodate my boat in the event that my truck needed an extended stay. (Which it did). The shop was well run and you could eat off the polished slab. I’m not sure if this place was the least expensive place to get my transmission rebuilt, but I feel that I was in very good hands, and that my rebuilt transmission is better now than it was when the truck rolled off the assembly line. Jesse stayed in touch with me through the entire process and my truck was ready in a week. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to my friends. This is the boat I was towing.

Jesse was wonderful to work with during our vehicle’s multiple issues. Took a little longer than expected but one thing after another cropped up. We were heading back to CT and he wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. He even gave us a ride to the car rental agency, and a discount deal.
