Well, I bought a computer from these guys 9 years ago with a lifetime warranty. I was told today that the company had recently been bought by the new owner. The man seemed very nice but so much for lifetime warranties. I don't trust anybody anymore for anything. Lifetime warranty is just a gimmick to get over on you. I'm gonna buy older cars that don't have computers and fix them up.

For three months I got nothing but the runaround—multiple phone calls with the same excuses about a change in management and being told to “call back Monday.” Each time they claimed they were working on it or would get to it, but nothing was ever done. After all that wasted time, they finally admitted they weren’t going to repair it and just sent it back. Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. View on GoogleThis company is a scam. I sent in my car computer to be fixed and when it came back the car would not start. In the Add they promised free shipping and a 14 day money back guarantee. On my invoice they charged an unauthorized amount for shipping. They lied multiple times telling me they had refunded me which they never did. I am writing this to warn others to be very aware of doing business with this outfit.
