Michael is a nice guy, but does not guarantee his work, gave him a $8k repair and a year later the entire car is falling apart. Brought is back 4 times and every time I get the car back in worse condition. Said there is nothing he can do. Very disappointing. At this point I have to go to another shop and pay for the repairs all over again. Not Cool.

View on GoogleThis body shop fixed everything that High Tech Collision messed up. I went to a horrible body shop in Hollywood that did more damage to my Lincoln. After fighting with High Tech Collision for 7 months to fix a fender bender correctly, I found Michel. This man not only fixed their mistakes but has the car looking great! Look no further for a body shop, Prestige is the place and Michel is the man!
View on GoogleSmall spot for auto body and Paint, sold me on only the expert paints and I wanted to get my work done here. I needed a full car paint and I bought a new bumper by recommendation of Michel. I rented a truck to bring the bumper to the shop since I have a sports car and would not fit in it. once bumper was at the place I got the run around for 5 months, bumper sat unprotected on an overhead storage all that time even though I left it in new box and now I have a bumper that will need labor even though I bought it brand new. After 5 months I manage to drop by with another car to ask for my bumper back, got it back no apology but at least got my bumper and I can move on. What could have been a good experience and return business turned into a bad experience with loss of money, time invested calling and going there and disappointment for not receiving the service expected. Maybe Prestige was hesitant to paint a full car vs doing smaller repairs that earn them more money vs time invested but a commitment is a commitment and should have been honored.
