MOTRONIX Very Happy Customer This was the worst possible scenario! I was down here on vacation and suddenly started to have problems with my Tesla. It was overheating which caused a rapid battery drain. It was scary. I was definitely not going to be able to drive home unless the problem was fixed. I found MOTRONIX by a Google search. I was able to get an appointment that day. The staff was friendly, informative, and very accommodating. The deposit I gave towards a diagnostic exam was applied to the labor costs. They fixed the car within a few hours, and I was back on the road again. ***Great service, very reasonably priced, and trustworthy. The last resort, your German engineered Auto deserves the best, so if no one else can fix then take it to Motronix, they are not your cheap backyard mechanic, but they will get it done. I was also quiet surprised after I pick up the car, I received multiple follow ups to check and make sure the car is ok. You just don't get that these days. My 1976 E10 BMW 2002 couldn't be happier.

MOTRONIX Top notch workmanship combined with world-class integrity is how I define MOTRONIX. And this definition comes from first hand experiences. One example is a BMW I owned. A BMW dealer as well as a national transmission company both told me that the BMW needed a new transmission. I simply didn’t feel comfortable with the extraneous prices quoted by both. So I came to MOTRONIX for a third opinion. MOTRONIX told me that my transmission didn’t need to be replaced. Rather it was a simple switch that was a tiny fraction of the new transmission prices I was quoted. In another instance, I used MOTRONIX for a pre-purchase inspection of a used Mercedes from a Mercedes dealer. MOTRONIX could have told me the car was fine and simply had me as a customer for multiple high price repairs that were needed. But instead, MOTRONIX told me every single thing wrong or that needed to be addressed with the car. Again, their world-class integrity was demonstrated. I’m very grateful to MOTRONIX and am glad they are there for the care and maintenance of my vehicles.

You can tell they specialize in European cars like BMW and Mercedes — they know exactly what they’re doing. The work was done right, on time, and without any surprises. Honestly, Motronix is the best of the best. If you own a high-end European vehicle and want dealership-level quality without dealership pricing, this is the place to go. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back.

I would be very careful with this repair shop. I had My 2007 Mercedes SL 550 to repair non-functioning hardtop convertible roof. They replaced one cylinder charge me over $1000 just for that part of the repair which did not fix my issue. They said I would have to repair all the cylinders which would cost nearly 4 to $5000. Mercedes specialist up in Pompano Beach Florida fixed it for 1500 rebuilt all my cylinders it’s been functioning perfectly ever since. And finally, I can see they have many five star reviews and probably deservingly so. However, if your repair is gonna go into the thousands of dollars, I strongly suggest that you get a second estimate I’m a qualified Mercedes or German Car specialist.
