DO NOT — and I repeat — DO NOT do business here. After more than a month of negotiations to purchase a used van, I experienced one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service situations I have ever dealt with. A sales representative who specifically specializes in these vehicles sold me on an extended warranty package during the negotiation process. However, when it came time to finalize the purchase, I was suddenly told the vehicle did not qualify for that warranty after all. Their explanation? “The sales rep made a mistake.” After wasting an entire day away from work and dealing with weeks of back-and-forth communication, I simply requested a modest 5% discount to help make up for the inconvenience and misinformation. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, the used car sales manager insultingly offered me a “full tank of gas” as compensation. Absolutely unbelievable. While sitting in the lobby, I witnessed at least three other customers openly complaining about very similar experiences and business practices. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. I honestly do not know who is managing this operation, but the entire place feels completely disorganized and unprofessional. There is little to no respect for customers, their time, or their trust. Take your business elsewhere.
