I want to share my recent experience to help others make an informed choice. I dropped off my truck and signed the required paperwork without issue. I was told the vehicle would be ready quickly, but it ended up taking two and a half weeks without a single update or phone call during that time. When I finally arrived on the scheduled due date, the truck was only partially cleaned, several clips were missing, and a tire had been installed that I never approved. The brand-new tire that was originally on the vehicle was removed and discarded without any consultation. To make matters worse, the steering wheel was not properly aligned, and the door pillar that was supposed to be repaired was merely bent back instead of being fixed professionally. Throughout the entire process, there was no courtesy call or communication. I was left completely in the dark and had to show up just to find out what was happening with my vehicle. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their car here. The lack of professionalism and communication was extremely disappointing.
