I came from Charlotte N.C. I needed an oil change for The BMW . I spoke with Jake on the phone call I knew this was the place to go. Very good prices, clean and very professional. They care about their customers and go above and beyond. Even offered drinks and snacks. I was very happy beyond words and would highly recommend this place. I was happy to leave such a great review!!!!

They were backordered over 4 months and they kept me informed the entire way. I spoke to USP and the team more often than my own insurance company and got more updates from them than progressive. They worked with insurance and handled everything perfectly. I'll be bringing my car here whenever i need ANYTHING done from now on. Got my car back good as new like nothing ever happened. Tyler is awesome!

I am very picky about who touches my vehicles because of bad experiences in the past with dishonesty or damage, but this location completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and honest — something that’s hard to find these days. The waiting area was spotless, with Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks, and even a comfortable space to work from if you bring your laptop. To top it off, they washed my vehicle after the service, which was such a nice bonus! This is hands-down the best European auto care shop I’ve ever been to. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back every 5,000 miles and for any other service needs. I forgot to mention the power cords to charge your cell phone!! It’s the little things that stand out!!! If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy place to take your European vehicle, this is it. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

My previous services were done at the dealership, and it was a terrible experience at the car dealership. I looked around for an alternate and found this place as a matter of fact, ChatGPT Suggested this place. I made an appointment and came in the very next morning to drop off my car for service. The price was phenomenal. The service was great. The shop was immaculate and the owners and staff were all aces. Best part right around the corner from the house have my future service and repair needs going here moving forward.
View on GoogleI had an amazing experience. I wish all business had 1/2 the customer service Jake supplied. He kept me informed at all times. I never once had to call for information. They were quick and efficient with what I brought it in for. He went above and beyond when we discovered an issue that was a recall. He coordinated everything with the dealer and had it my car towed to the dealership. He followed up multiple times after the car was out of his hands with both me and the dealership. I can’t recommend them enough.
